Really good Central Stay

Our room had a good balcony overlooking the square. I particularly loved this. we also enjoyed the rooftop shared terrace, and it featured a jacuzzi (a real plus after a long day). breakfast was served directly to the room each morning. the croissants with crema were particularly nice.

The room keys were unusually bulky. I did question how effectively they secured the rooms.

The rooftop terrace includes two hot tubs offering views. It is relaxing. each day our apartment received a thorough cleaning, and fresh towels were provided, this ensured a comfortable stay.

the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. one staff member contacted us 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm our check in (great touch!). we also received helpful advice on local restaurants.

the hotel is centrally located, providing convenient access to the city's main attractions. major attractions are easily reachable within walking distance. i found the proximity to key sights very advantageous (it saved lots of travel time!).

the bathroom sometimes had a sewer stench. i read other reviews also mentioning it, so i knew it was there. the room was smaller than was advertised though.

i stayed in a suite terrace. the location is quite good, it is near many attractions. the room had a decent bathroom and i got fresh towels daily. breakfast was served on the rooftop.

the staircase was very steep (i had to be careful). the hot tubs on the roof were not working, and the staff said they would not be switched on .
